The Terms of Service provided by Bos Panel Sosmed have been set under the following agreements.
1. General- By registering and using Bos Panel Sosmed, you automatically agree to all our terms of service. We reserve the right to change them at any time without prior notice.
- These Terms of Use constitute a legally valid electronic record.
- Disclaimer: Bos Panel Sosmed will not be responsible for any business losses.
- Liability: Bos Panel Sosmed is not responsible for account suspension or deletion by platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or YouTube.
- Bos Panel Sosmed can be used for social media promotion and to increase your account visibility.
- Bos Panel Sosmed does not guarantee new followers will interact with you.
- Bos Panel Sosmed does not guarantee all accounts have complete profiles, but we strive for quality.
- Bos Panel Sosmed does not provide exact completion times for orders.
- Bos Panel Sosmed does its best to meet client and reseller expectations.
- Bos Panel Sosmed does not guarantee orders will not drop.
- Bos Panel Sosmed checks only the latest order for each target.
- Bos Panel Sosmed may update quality, speed, or prices without prior notice.
- Orders are usually completed within minutes or hours depending on the service.
- Target data is used only for processing and kept private.
- We do not accept balance refunds after successful deposits. Use your balance to place orders on Bos Panel Sosmed.
- Unconfirmed deposits after 24 hours will be forfeited.
- There will be no cancellation or refund if the order target is incorrect.
- Fraudulent activity may result in account suspension.
- Duplicate orders for the same target will not be refunded.
- Orders exceeding the limit are non-refundable.
- Orders with private or invalid targets are not refundable.
- No refunds for non-guaranteed services, even if drops occur quickly.
- No guarantee for Live Stream services.
- No guarantee for Instagram Story services.
- Services with label [B] have a refill guarantee.
- Use the refill button if your order drops.
- If the refill button fails within 3 days, create a manual report.
- Services without refill buttons must be reported manually.
- Orders with partial status cannot be refilled.
- Refill applies only if the drop is below the ordered quantity.
- Refill applies only during the active guarantee period.
- Orders below the initial count cannot be refilled.
- No refund if refill fails after the guarantee expires.
- Refills are sent daily to providers with no exact completion time.
- If multiple orders exist for the same target, only the last one can be refilled.
- We take your privacy seriously and protect your data.
- Your personal data will be treated confidentially under applicable law.
- Your data is used only for orders and stored securely.
